The personal data collected following consultation of this site are processed by Dream Whiskey staff, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself, as well as by MARZIA AGNETTI designated data controller pursuant to art . . 28 of the GDPR, as webmaster and administrator of the website in question.

The processing will last no longer than is necessary to carry out the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

5. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
